STELE

For agencies

Senior white-label build partner for the work your team cannot leave half-finished.

Stele takes bounded SaaS, commerce, and AI-enabled build work from approved scope into production. Zain is the named engineer on the work. Stele can operate NDA-first when needed, and is happy to keep end-client contact, communication, and credit inside your agency process.

Delivery fit

For agencies with a real delivery gap, not a vague staffing search.

This fits when you have the client relationship and a defined need, but the build needs more senior ownership than your current capacity can provide.

Fit Defined build pressure

  • Product / SaaSReact, Next.js, TypeScript, integration work, and a production handoff.
  • Shopify / commerceCustom theme or landing-page execution.
  • AI-enabled productApplication integration or GPU-inference infrastructure behind the user experience.
  • Bounded delivery gapA launch window, review queue, or specialist gap your team can specify and accept.

Technical lanes

The stack is narrow on purpose.

AI-media and serverless GPU work are available when the product calls for them. They are not a reason to add complexity to a conventional build.

Engagement workflow

Your client relationship stays yours.

The operating model stays as visible as the implementation. A scope or access delay moves delivery timing.

No anonymous bench. No ownership grab. No silent scope expansion.

  1. 01

    Set the boundary.

The agency and Stele agree the work item, acceptance criteria, repository and access path, communication owner, and handoff format. An NDA can come first, subject to review.

    Scope · access · acceptance
  2. 02

    Work inside your process.

Zain is the named engineer. Stele can work without contacting the end client or presenting itself as the agency. Any direct contact happens only when the agency directs it in writing.

    Show progress early.

Once scope and access are in place, implementation begins inside the agreed workflow.

Zain built and operated an AI creative platform end-to-end: product experience, Stripe billing and credits, affiliate and lifecycle systems, an emergency Vercel-to-AWS migration, and serverless GPU orchestration using RunPod, ComfyUI, and Python diffusers pipelines.

Start small, in production

The White-Label Execution Pilot.

One fixed-scope pilot, published terms.

One bounded implementation task, completed inside your process, with a defined handoff at the end.

Fixed fee: $2,400. The task is sized for up to 16 focused implementation hours, with a first commit targeted within 48 hours of access and completed start conditions.

Send the pilot boundary
Fits

A component or page family, a Shopify theme or landing-page change, a bounded integration, a production bug with a clear reproduction path, or a contained technical spike that results in working code.

Does not include

Open-ended discovery, agency strategy, end-client management, a full product build, on-call coverage, or work outside the signed task.

Risk review

Clear the objections before the client introduction.

Eight practical answers, grouped by the risk they resolve.

01Relationship risk

01Will you sign our NDA?

Stele can operate NDA-first, subject to review. Put the NDA and communication boundary in place before sharing client-sensitive material.

02Will you contact our end client?

Happy to keep end-client contact inside your agency's process. Direct contact can happen only when the agency directs it in writing.

03Can we keep you invisible?

Stele can work behind your agency brand inside an agreed process. The agreement should state credit, communication, and portfolio-permission boundaries.

02Ownership risk

01Who does the work?

Zain Almosawy, Stele's owner and only engineer, does the work. There is no downstream bench.

02Who owns the code and IP?

The signed agreement can define when client-specific deliverables transfer. Stele retains pre-existing tools, reusable components, methods, and general know-how; third-party licenses remain subject to their terms.

03Will you sign a non-solicit?

A mutual, time-bounded non-solicit tied to the agency's introduced end client can be discussed with the task scope. Legal language needs review before signature.

03Scope risk

01What happens if the task expands?

The agency can split the work into a new fixed scope or authorize a written change order. Stele does not absorb a second project into the pilot.

02How does pricing work?

A task can be quoted as a fixed scope after the boundary is defined. Stele is not offering an anonymous hourly bench; any payment schedule belongs in the signed SOW.

Send a usable brief

Have a defined build task?

Send the task, target stack, deadline, repository and access constraints, and the person who can accept the work. Stele will tell you plainly whether it fits a paid pilot or needs a separate scope.
